People Like Us was created as a response to burnout, overwhelm, and the pressure to constantly perform.
Through slow, nature-inspired art practices, we create spaces where people can feel seen, grounded, and restored without needing to explain themselves or produce perfect results.
This work is rooted in accessibility, presence, and the belief that creativity can be a form of care.
My Approach
My work centers on slow art practices that prioritize presence over productivity and process over perfection.
Using accessible materials such as fiber, paper, and natural elements, I guide participants through creative experiences that support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and reconnection with imagination.
This approach is trauma-aware, inclusive, and designed for people of all experience levels.
